This wine’s sparkling straw yellow colour is inviting and enhanced by a persistent, subtle perlage crown. It has a delicate, very fine yet insistently fruity aroma with hints of ripe apple, Williams pear and lemon flower. It is sweetish and fresh with a well-modelled and rounded structure. It is harmonious with a pleasantly insistent aromatic profile and pronounced fruitiness.

Glera (min. 85%) and other local white grape varieties (max. 15%).

Hills of Valdobbiadene – Conegliano.

Vinification
Off the skins at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Slow second refermentation in large sealed vats at 14-15°C.

Serving temperature
5-7°C. Open immediately before serving.
This is the typical Treviso wine, the classic Ombretta Trevigiana. It goes well with slightly sweet confectionery, panettone and pandoro, macaroons and semifreddo desserts.
