By the creation of the Wine Club, one of our goals is to offer to the Members a direct contact with us. Through this, you could have a personal relationship with the company and feel involved.
The Wine Club Manager is your point of reference, he works in the company and could give you advices, opinions or other information that may be useful to you.
We strongly believe that this could be an added value for you, a consultant at your disposal, as in a real wine shop.
One of our prides is to have suppliers, customers and agents who have been working with us for years, people who have joined the great Ruggeri family over time and have never left because we have together created a lasting relationship of mutual satisfaction, based on solid foundations.
The Member Ambassador Plan was created with this in mind, to build and reward loyal relationships with members of our Wine Club. With the purchase of wines you will be able to accumulate Hearts that will give you access to various opportunities, from free and dedicated cellar visits, to free gifts of our wines.

The Member Ambassador Plan is aimed at all members of the Ruggeri Wine Club.
Enrolment in the plan is free and automatic upon registration.
Accumulated Hearts are personal and non-transferable.
Each Member receives a bonus of 20 Hearts when registering.
Each product has its own Hearts on the Floor Member Ambassador in the data sheet.
Hearts are accumulated by purchasing products in the Club.
The Hearts balance is available in real time on the Member’s profile.
Purchases made as a result of returned goods do not generate Hearts.
You can claim your free gift in the order following the one in which you have reached the desired threshold.
It is not possible to claim the free gift on the first order placed.
For each threshold, it is possible to choose a free gift from among those proposed, according to the attached table.
Ruggeri reserves the right to modify the gifts (while keeping the value unchanged), should business needs require it.
